I really hope they do not see the touch screen duo or hybrids as natural replacements, there is still a significant market desire for a high spec traditional laptop which the Z series neatly fills.

Any ideas as to when Sony intends to offer this laptop with Windows 8 as a preinstalled option?

Sony if your reading this 16GB ram would be really nice too

Anyone know where I can get a genuine replacement FAN and or FAN/Heatsink assembly for a Sony Vaio VGN-SZ3VWP/X Stripping the laptop down to replace the fan isnt that much of a problem, but struggling to find a genuine replacement fan, most the fans sold on ebay as genuine are poor quality copies that do not have sufficent air flow due to poor blade design.

I'd rather not send the laptop back to Sony for repair as it takes too long
