Hi,

I have a Sony VAIO laptop, y series, with operating system Windows 7 home prem OA 32 bit

When I press ASSIST button, I have a black screen, with white and dark vertical stripes, also I can not boot windows 7.

Can you help me please!!!!

What shall I do???

I can't access to safe mode at all. Before my laptop crash I used a HDMI cable I was watching a film on TV, after that I simply switch of my laptop. After some time, when I turn on my laptop the screen is black and I can't to access to safe mode with F8, also I can't "switch the screens" with Fn and F7, can somebody help my? My new laptop simply have a black screen with blinked cursor in the left corner
