Since the March 2012 update, our KDL-32EX724 now has a small problem.

Whenever we change channel to (say) BBC, it pops up a message saying "This service is also available on channel 718 - would you like to change" (or words to that effect).

Trouble is, channel 718 doesn't exist - BBC1 HD is on channel 50.

How can I either stop this message, or at least get the correct channel displayed? This has only happened since the update earlier this month,
