Vaio media plus missing ?

Heey!

I have just bought a super cool Sony vaio c-series in a nice green colour !

Everthing is great about it, theres is just one thing i dont understand.. All over the website sony says that they have incredible dlna program to connect your vaio with a PS3 ? So far i have only discovered media go to connect to a PSP ? So i've google a bit and found the program vaio media plus, which you do the trick with PS3 but i cant seem to find it on my vaio ? how come ? and can i donwload it anywere ? is that a fail or have they stopped using the program ?

    Hi Daniel,

     

    As far as I’m aware Vaio Media Plus is still installed on most modern Vaio notebooks.

     

    For my particular model it can be found by clicking Start > All Programs. The location of the executable is C:\ Program Files\Sony\Vaio Media plus – your model may vary.

     

    If you state your full model number we may be able to confirm whether or not this software comes pre-installed.

    Hi Daniel,

     

    Unfortunately the full specifications for your model, including details of pre-installed software, are missing from the Support site. We are hoping that this will be rectified shortly – don’t hold your breath though...

     

    Try calling the free phone number contained in the following link and, as you are thinking of buying this model ;-), ask whether Vaio Media Plus comes pre-installed.
