Undock problem - VPCZ21V9E

Hi there.

 

Sometimes when pressing the undock button nothing happens.

 

If I remove the dock cable at this point the Vaio sometimes hangs.

 

I have 2 different docking stations, in 2 different locations, supplied by 2 different suppliers.

 

It was purchased in September 2011.  I will be checking drivers tomorrow but I am pretty sure they are all up to date.

 

Windows 7 64-bit SP1 with all Windows Updates.

 

Has anyone else had any similar problems?  Does anyone have any configuration tips?

    It only worked once, after Sony reinstalled the system (ofcourse they deleted all my files and private software). Undock is back to the usual non working condition now.

     

    I bought it in august 2011 and have had a lot of problems with this computer. Eg part of windows remains on screen after closing them. Pixel errors. Sometimes it can not connect to the wireless and so on.
