Since the last re-tune of my Bravia KDL-32EX403 back in November I have lost the few HD channels that I had, quality on most of the ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

I have had my digital aerial checked out which I am told has a strength of 60db.

The signal strength is 92% but the quality on the ITV channels is 26 and others barely register at all.

On some others I have eg Dave it is around 50 which is great. But as Dave broadcasts repeats of other channels then it is fairly limited.

The engineer showed me on his box of tricks that Channel 4 was perfect and indeed my sons Samsung digital TV receives all the channels without a problem.

Come on Sony. What the heck is wrong with your tuner.

Yes I have got the latest firmware update.

Yes I have reset the TV and unpluged the aerial, switched it off at the wall, made a cup of tea and then re-installed all channels, only to be greeted with the same problems.

Is this problem unique.

I think not.

The TV is unfortunately just out of warranty.

Anybody help?
