Thank you for your review.

We're sorry to learn that you're experiencing an issue with sound quality of the sound bad while it's connected to your Sony TV.

As an attempt to resolve the issue, we recommend making sure that you're using a high speed HDMI cable, and make sure it's connected through HDMI ARC: https://bit.ly/3qTjg4L & https://bit.ly/3hDihlf - page 10.
Also, make sure to enhance the HDMI signal format: https://bit.ly/3HDwM3c.
And you're gonna need to adjust the audio system after it's connected: https://bit.ly/3G4xAhk.
If it's the same, you can reset the soundbar and test it once more, page 36: https://bit.ly/3hDihlf.
