Concernant le son qui se change d'un seul coup, veuillez suivre les étapes ci-après, l'une après l'autre, en vérifiant après chacune :-

• Débrancher le câble d'alimentation de TV, ainsi que celui des appareils externes, pendant quelques minutes puis d'essayer à nouveau.

• Appuyer sur le bouton d'alimentation de la télécommande et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant 10 secondes (lorsque le téléviseur est sous tension), le téléviseur redémarrera automatiquement.

• Assurez-vous que la TV est à jour : https://bit.ly/3KNecIK.
